Certification Body’s Policy
It is the policy of BQA Certification UK Ltd. to provide certification services that exceed the expectations of our customers and to ensure that the certification services comply with criteria as defined in ISO/IEC 17021:2015. BQA aim is to encourage management system awareness and promote the values and principles of ISO to continuously improve client business within their industry.
Our organization will operate to ethical standards with unbiased business practice and also strive for continuous improvement throughout the organization to ensure that it continues to be a market leader in the delivery of certification services.
Impartiality Statement
We understand the importance of impartiality in carrying out our vital role, resolving any conflict of interest and ensuring objectivity within our management system certification services and should always satisfy the applicant needs and the principles of Impartiality and Accuracy.
We are committed that no consultancy projects will be entertained by the BQA related to management system certification services. The top management of BQA is committed to support the independent operation of the BQA Certification UK Ltd. and if any relationship that poses an acceptable threat to impartiality exists, then certification services shall not be provided to the respective client organization.
Confidentiality Statement
We understand the importance of confidentiality related to the client business as employees of BQA may have access to confidential information that is needed to perform their job duties so it’s our policy that any personnel or business information from any source and in any form (e.g., paper record, talking, computers, etc.) is strictly for the audit purpose only.
To enforce the above policy, BQA follows below points:
- Preserving confidentiality applicable to eachemployees of BQA including outsourced business associates.
- All employee of BQA shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
- BQA shall ensure the safe handling and storage of confidential information.
- Information received from other sources like Appeals, Complaints, etc., shall also be treated as confidential and shall be dealt with as per this policy.
